Insure Help Agency (IHA) is committed to providing U.S. citizens with affordable, high-quality health insurance. IHA assists its customers by simplifying the process of comparing insurance plans, ensuring they can find the right balance between coverage and cost.

The Challenge:

Insure Help Agency approached us with a straightforward but critical issue. Their existing insurance processes required staff to enter the same data across multiple systems, such as Health Sherpa (one of the largest ACA quoting and enrollment platforms for agents and agencies). This resulted in repetitive, manual tasks, as employees had to move data between systems multiple times.

While IHA initially tried automating some processes internally using tools like Zapier, it became clear that they needed a more comprehensive automation solution to eliminate the inefficiencies in their workflows.
